The Game Plan Call

Done-for-you Notion builds for founders ready to stop duct-taping tools together. I take the roadmap from a Clarity Session and actually build it: operations hubs, project management workspaces, client onboarding workflows, SOPs, and dashboards. Everything is customized to how the client actually works, not how they think they should work. Builds start at $1,200 depending on scope.

Systems Implementation (The Build)

Ongoing operational partnership for founders ready to hand off their backend entirely. I maintain and optimize Notion systems, manage projects, coordinate contractors, and keep operations running so the founder can focus on client work. This service is invite-only and typically follows a Clarity Session or Build.
